David was great from the start to finish. He was always up front & available to answer all our questions. His employees were Wonderful, very meticulous about their work & clean up. We had such a great experience with David and his team of workers throughout our pool remodel project. Trinity Custom Pools really brought our 18 year old pool back to life, new tile, new NPT Stonescape mini pebble finish, and even fixed our leak in the spa. David was so responsive right from my initial call and all the way to the end of the project. We normally would get 2 to 3 bids on a job like this but we both felt so comfortable with Trinity that we didn’t even bother. We had a family emergency that delayed the project on our end but David was very patient with us but most importantly showed sincere compassion to me and my family. Would highly recommend Trinity Custom Pools, we couldn’t be happier with the final product.

Great from beginning to end! Dave was clear the entire time with updates and explaining everything. The employees that came to work were also wonderful! They were so productive and on a mission. One day I looked out and there were 7 men in the pool! The tile man was so patient and paid so much attention to detail! Communication was with Dave the whole time and he would reply on weekends or evenings and even when he was on vacation. Our family truly appreciates everything they did and we are so happy with the work done!
